Gage Honored for Best Job Training Program in U.S. Staffing and Recruiting Industry
Gage Talent & Business Solutions | Gage Personnel’s High School Career Program with Reading School District has been recognized nationally by the American Staffing Association.

Headquartered in West Reading, PA, Gage was honored with a 2024 American Staffing Association Elevate Award. This national awards program recognizes the most innovative and effective work-based learning programs related to a variety of workforce development initiatives.
In 2017, Gage Talent & Business Solutions (Gage Personnel) partnered with Reading High School to create and develop a program aimed at providing students with tangible career pathways and opportunities. This innovative High School Career Program is designed to support students with finding local employment and developing their skills, while also encouraging their continued success in school and beyond since the program’s inception.
“Our career program offers a foundation that helps to build opportunities for success for our youth and future workforce. We are grateful for the opportunity to build this partnership with the Reading School District. Together, we are making a positive impact on students with a program that is relatable and effective,” said Kristi Gage-Linderman as one of the program innovators and the Chief Operating Officer for Gage Talent & Business Solutions.
Kathleen Creelman of the Reading School District shares: “Reading High School recognized the need to support students in finding employment, and I am pleased to have been a part of this partnership with Gage from the beginning. The goal of the program is to provide valuable services to both students and their families. As part of this initiative, we also host workshops designed to cover essential topics such as job searching techniques, employee expectations and also included a financial literacy component. I am grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Gage to make this initiative a success for students in the Reading School District.”
Gage will be honored for its program with Reading High School during a ceremony at Staffing World®, the ASA annual convention and expo, Oct. 22-24 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.
