Accounting & Finance Generalist

Job Duties:
- A/R & A/P
- Backup to Payroll
- Filing
- Data Entry
- Administrative duties as assigned
- Provide assistance with reconciling bank accounts, month/annual end closing and financial reporting
- Track credit card purchases and petty cash along with completion of monthly reconciliations
- Provide support to Controller and Payroll Manager

Minimum Education & Skill Requirements:
- Minimum of Associate’s Degree preferred in Business Administration/Finance or related equivalent work experience
- Vast knowledge of A/R, A/P and payroll processing
- Must be proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, and all other Microsoft products
- Strong time management & multi-tasking skills required
- Must be driven and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 -Ability to work independently & with a team
- Understands & operates to the highest ethical and confidentiality standards

Employment Type: 

Pay Rate: 

$15/hr + DOE
