The Bilingual Customer Service Representative provides customers with personal service and accurate, efficient order fulfillment. The customer service representative recognizes the importance of working as part of the Team to achieve the Company’s goals. The individual in the position will be the primary contact for the company’s Spanish speaking customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
*Takes orders from customers and sales representatives and enters the orders into the system.
*Processes faxed and late orders.
*Provides order confirmations
*Makes out of stock calls, time calls and money calls
*Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
*Checks delivery tickets for accuracy and completion
*Processes credits for shortages on deliveries
*Justifies returns listed on delivery tickets with actual warehouse receipts and credits where appropriate
*Prepares invoices for mailing
*Handles customer complaints to conclusion
*Performs functions as required to support and assist the sales representatives
*Works with various reports
*Processes credit applications
*Performs general office duties such as filing, typing, shredding and processing mail
*Cross trains within the department as well as with other departments
*Understands office goals as set by management and assists in meeting and achieving those goals
*Accepts assignments varying in size and scope as well as other duties as assigned.
