Entry Level Service Technician

Summary

Visit customer sites to perform inspections and service of dust collection systems.  Candidate will be trained while performing installations on service procedures, then expected to become Lead Dust Collector Service Technician. This will consist of inspections of dust collection systems, fill out service report, make recommendations on system performance and recommended repairs. Able to understand basic electrical troubleshooting and pneumatics. Able to work with hand tools and power tools. Requires out of town work, Monday thru Friday, approx. 50% of the time. Excellent work ethic and desire to advance. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications and Skills

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, ability to work well within a team to accomplish task. Familiarity with taking electrical readings; up to 480VAC, basic pneumatics (solenoid / diaphragm operation), willingness to learn. Candidate will be expected to work overtime, weekends, holiday weekends due to customer shutdowns.
