Excellent HR Generalist Opportunity!
Performs professional human resources work in a variety of HR program areas, with an emphasis on employee and labor relations.
*Working knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures utilized in recruitment, selection, training methods and concepts, classification, labor relations and compensation.
*Working knowledge of applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.
*Ability to interpret HR rules, laws and policies.
*Strong computer skills - Microsoft Excel and Word.
*Ability to interpret language associated with collective bargaining agreements.
*Minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience.
*Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or closely related field.
*Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
